DAIKIN AIRCON ERROR CODES

While I was working as engineer in electronic goods trading company in Yangon, I was posted as an in-charge person for repairing electronic goods in Service Department. As for our company, even though we were using the logo of the product as name of service center, it was not a really supported service department from Mother Company like other service centers in Singapore. Most of the time, we can solve all the complaints regarding to faulty of the products, sometime cannot. We really know that some of the high tech products have already built –in fault finding systems, showing errors on display of the equipments or in display of the remote controllers. But, sometime we really do not have the correct procedure how to solve this error.

For example, one time, our company brought in one type of air-conditioners that was floor-standing type and that was the most trouble making equipments we have experienced ever. As you all know, the electric power supply in Burma is not stable and frequently tripped. So that, most of the electronic equipments with high sensitivities are not being able to stay up to its life time. Most of the equipments are defective as of the fluctuation of electrical power supply.

I still can remember that type of air-conditioners show up error E2, description said that intercommunication errors. We really do not have solution to solve. But, as of urgency of equipments to be able to operate, we took out the same control PCB card from new equipments and replace it. The faulty machine could resume its operation immediately but the same machine in warehouse left NO PCB.

But, by the time sale department want to sell out the machine in warehouse, there have some disputes in meeting. I just want to recall my memory of the days I have experienced in errors given by these machines.

As much as the machines became more intelligent, it helps technicians to find faults and solve the faulty parts in short time. But, if we do not have this error codes, it is more troublesome for us. The following are the error codes for DAIKIN air-conditioners. It will be useless if you are not in field of air-conditioning, but will be precious if you are working as air-conditioning systems related jobs.

In Myanmar, DAIKIN also have certain percentage of market share in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Systems, so that if you need to face with DAIKIN, the following error codes will help you to solve your Air conditioners’ problems.

PROCEDURES TO TEST WITH REMOTE CONTROLLER

If your DAIKIN remote controller comes with a "test" button, use it. Otherwise press the Temperature UP, Temperature DOWN and the MODE buttons all at the same time. I repeat all 3 buttons at the same time.

You will see 00 on the remote controller. The first "0" will be blinking.
Stand facing the particular air conditioner you wanted to test.

Now press the Temperature UP button, "0" will become "A" and the air conditioner will respond with either a single beep or double beep.

Carry on pressing the Temperature UP button and listen to the beeping sound, stop when you hear a double beep. For example: it is now showing "C0".

Now press the MODE button, the second "0" will be blinking.
Now press the Temperature UP button, "0" will become "1" and the air conditioner will respond with either a double beep or a continuous beep.

The continuous beep is the error code. For example "C4", it means it is a faulty liquid pipe thermistor

Master TOEFL Reading, Writing & Vocabulary

Being my religion is Buddhism, we believed in past life. All the things good or bad we have experienced in this life are consequences of the things we have done in past lives. If we have done good deeds in past life, we can have or achieve good things in current life. In other way round, to be able to get good things in next lives, we have to do good deeds in present life. This is one of the reasons I am sharing the things on my blog.

It was the precious habit that I received from my dad that is reading. Since my childhood, I have read so many books that were collected by my dad. I don't care whatever I understand the subject inside the books or not, I read all the books I can read. All the pocket money given by my mom was also used for buying books. The old books shops in the downtown of Rangoon are the area I like most to walk around. As of always I was buying these old books and not using for eatery things, my mom warned one time that "I won't give you pocket money anymore if you still go and buy these books..." This is also my hobby of collecting books. Now, internet age, I like internet so much as of I can find a lot of things I want on it. And, also all the things I found on internet also I want to share. It is also one of the ways I was making good deeds by sharing knowledge to whom need it.

So now, here are three books of TOEFL training for Reading, Writing and Vocabulary. I hope it will helpful to who are studying English As Foreign Language. Please click on the book covers to download them.

Mistaken

Just want to feature a music video that was sung and starring by Arakan singer. Actually I really do not know when this music video was released. Just a month ago, by the time I was surfing YouTube, just finding Arakan music videos, I have seen this and view it. It attract my mind, I replay so many times. The song is composing about the disease endangering the world, AIDS.

I am not too sure it is own tune music, but the pattern that I can listen shows that it seems to be own tune. The most significant thing I like in this music video is its performance. The way they present theme of song I like it.

Song's name is မွားမိလို႕(Mistaken).

I hope you all will like it too, have fun for watching..,

Future of Foreign Workers Beyond IRs

Today morning, when I was on the bus from Harbour Front to RWS site office, I saw so many workers near to Sentosa Gate (Arch). Seeing so many workers in this place is not new to me as of there are nearly twenty or thirty thousand of workers are working in this Sentosa IR project. This is the time they go into site and start a day of work. But, the scene today I saw was quite strange. Most of them are carrying huge luggage, they are looks alike going to start trip to somewhere. Somewhere...??? Which place will be somewhere they supposed to go? That's their hometown.

Of course, now the project is nearly end. There are a few tens of thousand of workers will be released from this project. And currently there are two of the biggest projects holding several thousands of workers are going to end soon. They are known as two IRs, one is Sentosa IR called Resorts World at Sentosa and another one is Marina Bay Sands.

As you all know, so many countries including Singapore were affected by global financial recession last year, several business sectors were affected, several thousands of workers are un-employed, some are retrenched, and wages cut out, so and so... But, construction sectors usually delay in effects. The reason is the projects that are running, on-going are bid-and-win in previous years. So, the effect of recession, lesser in projects will affect the construction sector by subsequent year, may be in 2010. Furthermore, not only Singapore, but also some of the countries in region were spoke out that they will try to be lesser dependent on foreign workers resources.

So, how does it affect to foreign workers? Of course, there will be huge impact on foreign workers. Now, start from this week there will be lesser and lesser workers on site. Especially workers from China, they are people who are going back to home first, the second batch will be second big amount of workforce who are Indian. And, after that, how about workers like us? If there is lesser construction projects and local government will emphasize to satisfy local people, how we all can survive.

We should have more diligence to play safe in next year in our working environment to be able to survive in construction industry. Now, the Cheese we are relying became lesser and lesser, so what should we do? Shall we go and find other place which cheese we like is abundant? That place, could it be our homeland?

The thing we are sure is better to be prepared!
