ယံုၾကည္မႈ

လုပ္ငန္းတစ္ခု လုပ္ကိုင္တဲ႕ ေနရာမွာ ယံုၾကည္မႈက အင္မတန္မွ အေရးႀကီးတယ္။ ယံုၾကည္မႈကို အေျခခံၿပီး လုပ္ငန္း လုပ္ကိုင္ၾကမယ္ဆိုရင္ အစစအရာရာ ေအာင္ျမင္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ အေျခခံ အုတ္ျမစ္ခိုင္မာၿပီလို႕ ေျပာလို႕ ရပါတယ္။ အလုပ္ရွင္က အလုပ္သမားကို ယံုၾကည္မယ္။ အလုပ္သမားက အလုပ္ရွင္ကို ယံုၾကည္မႈရွိရမယ္။ ဒါမွသာ လုပ္ငန္း အတြက္ productivity တက္လာေစမွာ ျဖစ္တယ္။ ယံုၾကည္မႈကင္းမဲ႕မႈနဲ႕ ပတ္သက္လို႕ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ထဲမွာ အခက္အခဲေတြ အမ်ားႀကီး ျဖစ္ေစတာကိုလည္း ေတြ႕ရတယ္။ လုပ္ငန္းတစ္ခုမွာ ၀န္ထမ္းတစ္ဦး စတင္ ခန္႕အပ္တာ၀န္ေပးၿပီ ဆိုရင္ သူ႕အေပၚ လုပ္ငန္းကေနၿပီး ယံုၾကည္မႈ စတင္ ေပးအပ္ရမွာ ျဖစ္တယ္။ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ အသစ္မွာ စတင္၀င္ေရာက္စ ၀န္ထမ္းအသစ္ကို အခ်ိန္အတိုင္းအတာ တစ္ခုအထိ သူ႕ရဲ႕ အရည္အခ်င္းေတြကို ထုတ္ျပႏိုင္ေအာင္ အခြင္႕အလမ္းေပးရမယ္။ တကယ္တမ္း ခန္႕အပ္လိုက္တဲ႕ ရာထူးနဲ႕ ခံစားခြင္႕ဟာ သူ႕အတြက္ ထိုက္တန္မႈရွိတယ္လို႕ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္ဖက္က ခံယူတဲ႕အတြက္သာ ဆက္လက္တာ၀န္ ေပးခန္႕အပ္ထားတာ ျဖစ္ၿပီး မည္သူတစ္ဦးတစ္ေယာက္ကိုမွ ေစတနာသံုးတန္ ျပဌာန္းၿပီး အပိုေဆာင္း ခံစားခြင္႕ ေပးထားတာမရွိပါဘူး။

ေခတ္ကာလ အေျခအေနအရ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ေတြမွာ တာ၀န္ယူရတဲ႕ လုပ္ငန္းတာ၀န္နဲ႕ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္သူ ၀န္ထမ္းရဲ႕ အသက္အရြယ္ဟာ ကြာဟမႈေတြရွိလာတယ္။ အယင္က အသက္ ၃၀ေက်ာ္ ၄၀ ေတြ တာ၀န္ယူတဲ႕ေနရာေတြမွာ အခု ၂၀ ေက်ာ္ေတြ ၀င္ေရာက္လာတယ္။ အယင္က ၂၀ ေက်ာ္ ၃၀ ေတြ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္တဲ႕ ေနရာေတြမွာ အခု အသက္၂၀ ေအာက္ လူငယ္ေတြ အစားထိုး ၀င္ေရာက္တာ၀န္ယူလာၾကတယ္။ အဲဒီ အေျခအေနမွာ လူငယ္နဲ႕ လူႀကီး အျမင္ မတူမႈက ရံဖန္ရံခါမွာ အင္မတန္ အေႏွာင္႕အယွက္ေပးတယ္။ လူငယ္ေတြ ျဖစ္ၾကတာက တေၾကာင္း၊ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳ ႏုနယ္ေသးတာက တစ္ေၾကာင္းမို႕ လူႀကီးတစ္ေယာက္ေလာက္ ေနရာတိုင္းမွာ Perfect ျဖစ္ခ်င္မွ ျဖစ္မယ္။ သို႕ေပမဲ႕ လူငယ္ေတြကို ေနရာ မေပးလို႕ မရဘူးဆိုတာ လူႀကီးအရြယ္က လူေတြ သိနား လည္ေပးဖို႕လိုအပ္လွေပတယ္။ တကယ္တမ္းမွာ အခုလက္ရွိ အမွန္တကယ္ လႈပ္ရွားေနတဲ႕ လူမႈ အဖြဲ႕အစည္း(Working Force) ထဲမွာ လူငယ္ေတြရဲ႕ တာ၀န္ယူေနမႈ အပိုင္းကိုလည္း ေမ႕မထား ဖို႕လိုအပ္ေပတယ္။

ဆိုေတာ႕ကာ အထက္အေၾကာင္းအရာ ၂ ခုကို ျပန္ေပါင္းရရင္ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ေတြမွာ လူငယ္ အလုပ္သမားေတြ ခန္႕အပ္တဲ႕အခါ ဦးစြာပထမ လူငယ္ေတြရဲ႕ လုပ္ငန္းစြမ္းရည္ကို Under Estimate မလုပ္မိဖို႕ လြန္စြာမွ အေရးႀကီးတယ္။ Under Estimate လုပ္လိုက္မိတဲ႕ ေနာက္မွာ သူ႕အေပၚထားတဲ႕ ယံုၾကည္မႈ ေလ်ာ႕ပါး ေပ်ာက္ကြယ္သြားတတ္တယ္။ အဲဒီယံုၾကည္မႈ ေလ်ာ႕ပါး ေပ်ာက္ဆံုးမႈရဲ႕ ေနာက္ကြယ္က ထပ္ၾကပ္မကြာ လိုက္ပါလာႏိုင္တဲ႕ အေၾကာင္းတရားက လုပ္ငန္းမွာ မလိုလားအပ္တဲ႕ ေႏွာင္႕ေႏွးႀကံ႕ၾကာမႈမ်ားနဲ႕ အခန္႕မသင္႕တဲ႕အခ်ိန္မွာ ဆံုးရံႈးနစ္နာမႈမ်ားပါ ျဖစ္ေစႏိုင္တဲ႕ အထိ အႏၱရာယ္ႀ ကီးမားတဲ႕ အတြက္ ေအာင္ျမင္ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္တစ္ခု ျဖစ္ေစေရးအတြက္ ယံုၾကည္မႈ အေျခခံေသာ ပတ္၀န္းက်င္အျဖစ္ စတင္ တည္ေဆာက္ သင္႕ပါေၾကာင္း။
